The Infamous Kirpy Stone crushers offer users the ability to efficiently and economically crush stones insitu.

The principle of the Kirpy crushers is to crush the stone in a controlled environment by driving the material through the machine with heavy duty hammers past an adjustable anvil. The differing relationship of these components gives rise to a consistent product from fine material in a sportsfield or landscaping application to a Type 1 stone when constructing heavily trafficked forest roads.

   

Built from designs that have evolved and been improved upon over decades of arguable market domination Kirpy Crushers are the ultimate range of stone crushers. With Models to suit applications from landscaping to vast constructions projects, from small to the largest of tractors.

Uses and applications include road and trackway maintenance, scrub clearance, stone clearance, landscaping and golf course construction etc. The applications that these machines are found within are endless.

 

Tungsten carbide hammers mounted on a drum rotate at speeds of up to 1,000 rpm and crush the stone against mounted anvils within the frame of the machine.

 

 

Adjustable anvils ensure that you are able to produce exactly the type of material you want to suit the given situation and avoid over or under crushing.
